Support for Matroska container?

Is there gonna be support for the new Matroska container? I would love my favorite media player to be able to handle this new mkv files :-)

1) download kaxdemux and put it into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\
2) run as commandline:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\regsvr32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\kaxdemux.dll"

3) enjoy matroska in bsplayer...
