Playback rate to apply to whole playlist, not just to single items of it

Some guy had a similar complaint some 11 years ago. Somehow I think the issue still hasn't been addressed. Here's his post.

Briefly, it would be great if playback rate could apply to whole playlist, not just to single items of it.
