[REQ] very basic video options !
 

I work in a rectangular resolution 3200 x 1200.

So it would be great to implement such basic options...

In fullscreen, the ability to choose the video
"Touch window from inside"
or "Touch window from outside"

Also, there is horizontal pan&scan but no vertical pan & scan.
