Remove language tag in automatically downloaded subs
 

Hi!! I find the automatic download of subtitles is an amazing feature.

Only that I have a question, when the subs are downloaded they are named with the language in the title, that's in my case "-spa" (for spanish). Is it possible to make them being named exactly as the video file?

If so, can anyone please explain it to me?
