Extendable (stretchable) time slider. (pin point precision)
 

Short fixed skin sized time slider is not a problem when skimming through songs, short clips, or music videos, but feature length films, oh my…it becomes really difficult and even impossible to jump to a particular segment in the movie. So I think a stretchable time slider needs to be implemented (like those in Windows Media Player, and Apple Quick Time Player). You know what else would be nuts, if you could jump to a precise frame/time period by typing values into the time/frame indicator.

You could always try a different skin with a wider seekbar.

Tried "Jump to time" (rightclick > Playback > Jump to time)?
