Support more than 9 [ChaptersXX] sections in .bsi file
 

Currently, BSPlayer supports only up to 9 [ChaptersXX] sections in a bsi file. I usually put a whole season of a series on one DVD, but now I have to split every 9 episodes to different directories. Supporting up to as many [ChaptersXX] sections that are defined in the NumberCDs setting (in the [Main] section) would make things a lot less complicated, without breaking backwards compatibility.

BSPlayer probably uses the default WinAPI ini functions, so I see no reason to stop the reading loop for the Chapters at 9.
