Drag and drop the subtitles (feature request)

It would be a nice feature if you could change position of subtitles by mouse - just clicking on them and then dragging and dropping them while the video is going on.

It would be much quicker and easier than using shortcuts or going to the 'custom' subtitle menu.

Sometimes ago this function was in fact working.


As for me, I find more simple and precise to do it with shift+up/down arrow
