Video resolution - need to improve.

Hello,

im just using notebook Asus F3Ja and playing video with BSPlayer Pro. This player simply rocks.
But I cant setup good resolution for my notebook. I have 16:10, 1280x800.
If I go to Video > Change Resolution, there is only 1280x768 and 1280x960.
Is possible to add mine resolution? Because in all videos is missing the bottom part of video.

Thanks!
MK

(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Video > [General]
You can add "Custom aspect ratios" in the "grey" area at the bottom, by typing in the desired ratio in the small white box and then click on [Add] (so that it is added to the list in the larger white box).

Sorry, misunderstood your post.
I think it should normally be in the list if supported by your graphics card and/or your screen.
But why do you want to change?
If you want to go full screen: depress [F] (= toggle switch)
If you want to pan-in or out: depress Num+ resp. Num -
Or press [O] (letter-key) for auto pan scan (or [Shift]/[O] for custom pan scan).
(Num-5 to reset)

Size of video

BS.Player has a neat function of Custom Pan-Scan.

Just press and hold + and - buttons on your NumPad to adjust the video size to the one that fits best for your screen.

(As already mentioned by BSPeter above)

Perhaps also check possibilities under
(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > General (>General settings).
In the lower half (grey area) in the middle you can set resolutions under
"At start switch to" respectively "For full screen mode switch to".
Perhaps the second option is something for you?
[To be frank: I don't think it will make any difference to you as this option as well as the one you earlier found under Video "Change resolution" simply change the resolution of your monitor in Windows, so that in fact nothing will be changed in view of the fact that - most probably - you're already using such resolution.]
Therefore I would certainly try out pan-scan options as earlier indicated as those options may well be what you're really looking for.
