Subtitle Files & Video playlists

Is there way to write playlists that will allow Bsplayer to load the corresponding subtitles files to a video on the playlist ??
Does the BSplayer have this option?

Also is there a way of renaming the subtitle files so bsplayer automatically uploads them when a video is open ??

This has been asked countless times, I don't remember seeing any answer to it.

supposing your movie file is my_movie.avi ,
your subtitle file(s) should be named
my_movie.srt
or for example my_movie.fra.srt and my_movie.eng.srt
the extension (here srt) has no influence (it could be txt, sub ... as well)

(I believe it works, although I've not used that for a long time [for me vobsub loads the subs instead of bsplayer])
