MKV Problems after upgrading to BSPlayer 2.51 build 1022 26Dec 2009

hi
I've just upgraded to the latest release and Build of BSplayer 2.51 Build 1022 - 26 Dec 2009.

Whilst i was installing the application it said FFDShow and Haali was missing and installed them as well.

Since then all previously working Mkv files no longer play. I get a message saying the codec is missing but when I try t download it nothing can be found.

Mkv files play fine in VLC player so they are not corrupt.

Bs Player is loaded onto a 32bit Sony Media Centre running Vista.

Can anyone help me

Thanks,

John

I confirm this problem and It was introduced in the previous version.
I have installed the CCCP - Combined Community Codec Pack and BSplayer can no longer recognize it for some reason.

Workaround: Re-install BSplayer, SKIP and DO NOT install the recommended codecs using BSplayer download manager
