Can't stretch 4:3 videos to 16:9.

Hello.
I am used to VLC media player but I think BS Player is better, but I can't figure out how to get the movies in 16:9. When I click 16:9 it'll still be in 4:3 but now with black stripes. So it stretches the window resolution to 16:9 but not the video.

Thanks but no luck. nothing happes when I click the numbers nor shift + numbers. Well, shift + numbers 2 and 8 changes the volume.
Any other solution?

If your numpad is not activated (Num Lock pressed - there should be a LED above the numpad that turns ON) key 2 is in fact down arrow and 8 is up arrow, that's the controls for volume down and up. So, please press the numlock key on your keyboard and afterwards press 5 on the num keyboard and after, shift+2 (hold shift pressed and while it's pressed, also press 2, either on numpad, either the keys above the letters.
