Cannot download subs
 

Hallo everyone
I am having a problem with downloading subtitles. When I start playing a movie, subtitles are automatically searched but i get that there is an error connecting to bsplayer-subtitles and to opensubtitles and that there are no subs in getsubtitle.com

As it might be of help, i also have to mention that
1. when installing, the codec manager could not connet to the net. (although i have disabled firewalls, antivirus etc)
2. i tried un/installing both 2.57 and 2.58 versions

Can anyone offer a solution?
