Loud scenes, Bass and normal Voices in Movies

Hello!

I guess some of you guys are having the same problem.
If you watch a movie then the sound is normal, in some action-scenes then the sound increases like hell. Some explosions or whatever and that very loud.

Is there a filter where you can filter out the loud things and make it less noise?

I can't believe it's just me who's having that problem.

Thanks a lot for your answers

dvd software players do have a filter for that but actually when encoding movies the so called dynamic compression should be activated. this will "normalize" the sound. =make spoken scenes louder and action scenes more quiet.
