Viewing single frames of a mpeg movie

Hello,
I am just wondering whether it's possible to view single frames of a mpeg movie and going through the movie from one picture to the next step-by-step ?
Regards

Frame stepping works the same with Mpg than with Avi movies, pause the movie [Space] then feed forward [Right] or backward [Left].
BSplayer won't let you step backward from the pause entry point. You'll have to change the entry point or step forward a little to be allowed to step backward. Try the Jump feature [J] in frame or time mode, it's very efficient.

And remember, screenshots[P] only works in mode 1.
