subtitles in playlist > 2CD mov+separate sub files for ea
 

is this possible? i tried attaching subs to each of the cd's but with no luck, probably it will work if i merge both contents of the sub files to one sub file but i want to know if the other way is possible.

Doo you talk about avi files ?
If so, then on the cd put the avi file and the sub file with exactly the same name ie:
matrix.avi
matrix.sub.
When you put the avi files on a playlist, the sub file will be loaded automatically.
