HELP!!!!!!

Ok i have a divx movie which works fine for everyone but
on my comp its loads very long and then says
File is corrupt! Seeking will mbe very slow

And then movie starts fine but without any sound!I have the latest version
of bsp just dont know what to do! HELP!!!!
