.VOB green lines

Hi
I use BSplay long time ago. I used a video decoder card Hollywood + to watch DVD on my PC.
Now i haven't anymore and when i try to play .vob with BSplay, I can hear sound, but on the windows i only see green vertical lines...
I can watch DVD with WMP 8 and the decoder pack, but i prefer use BSplay...
When i play .vob on BSplay, in propeties there're codec "MPEG-2 Splitter" and "Cyberlink video/SP decoder"...

My system is clean, i formated and reinstalled 2 days ago.

Who can help me ?
