4 layers of the same subtitle

I was watching an anime on bs player and as I watched it there were 4 lines of the same subtitle so I was wondering how to get BS player to show only one line of the subtitle. Also I switch the audio from animax to japanese each time I watch Hayate.

Edit: It only seems to be in the beginning with the multiple layers so I guess I fixed it
