Video player - A hybrid of BSPlayer and VLC?

I wanted to come and ask for an advice - do you happen to know about any video player, which:

has separate movie borderless window, which can be easily resized (BSP uses mouse wheel for it)

does not have weird rendering issues (VLC is always plug and play, it does not require you to spend time with interchanging all the video renders, but it works right away, BSP uses a stupid EVR and other, internal (default), seems like having some stuttering issues when playing fullscreen (there was a suggestion a while back to disable one option in subtitles, but it does not work)?

I use VLC. It is versatile and plays almost everything. It stutters and causes A/V out of sync problems. But perhaps all media players got similar errors:wink:
