The image is too dark, the movies are impossible to watch I just installed BS Player on my Windows 10 PC, and all the movies I want to watch are too dark, the night scenes being downright impossible to watch. The monitor brightness is at 100%, everything is bright when I use the PC, watch YouTube videos, the websites are bright etc., so I don't think it's a video card issue. I also tried Windows Media Player and the movies are bit brighter, but it doesn't support subtitles, so that's an issue. This is a screenshot as an example: https://t101.pixhost.to/thumbs/135/5...en-from-cm.jpg Any suggestions? |
Start video -> right click -> video -> color controls -> Brightness |
I have the same issue. On my version, the steps that were given for the color controls does not work when I try it. None of the controls change anything. I may try to uninstall the software and reinstall it. My only issue with that is I have the "Paid" version of the software, and if I uninstall and reinstall, it will probably ask me for an activation code, and I don't have that. Plus, I don't know how I would get it because when I tried to login, it didn't remember my email address so there's no way BSPlayer will give me my activation code. |
