mkv files  I can't read .mkv files on mpclassic. What is the problem ??? you have the information on my system here=> http://forum.bsplayer.org/viewtopic....ht=avi+problem |
Do you have an mkv splitter installed ? See the links from here: http://forum.bsplayer.org/viewtopic.php?t=3042 |
I can't neither when MKV contains chapters (the vast majority) I guess it's a bug in BSPlayer as I can watch them perfectly with Gabest's MediaPlayerClassic. (All my movies are RV40 encoded) |
Before i dowload a mkv splitter, is there something to tick in the MPclassic's options ? and could i read mkv files with bsplayer with the mkv splitter ? thank you !!!!!! |
to xlv : it will be easiest for me if you can explain me what you did in french (because i'm french and i saw your location is france) |
Yes, if you install an mkv splitter you can watch mkv files using BSPlayer. Just follow the link for Matroska files. As for rv40 files, they are realmedia encoded files, and you need also an RM splitter. Use the same link below and go to Real Player link from there. Also in that post you can find more about installing RPlayer support. I don't use MPC so I can't tell you about that. PS remember, MKV is just a conteiner. You need also the codecs to decode the video\audio streams. |
