Error when trying to play ram files 1 Attachment(s) i have done the following in order to play ram files: 1. downloaded the rp9win32codecs.tar and extracted to the windows/system folder (im using W98). Well to be acccurate i unzipped the content to w2/system folder. w2 its my windows directory, i had a problem and couldnt re-installed windows on top of the windows folder. In the system folder Theres already a pncrt.dll and its a newer one than the one that comes with the package so i chose not to overwrite the newer one. 2. downloaded the realmediasplitter_20030904 and extracted to the system directory the file from the "Release" folder not the one from the "Release Unicode". 3. Start menu, Run, then i type in regsvr32 rmsplitter.ax and enter and i get this message: See Attachment What am i doing wrong? P.S: i have installed and running properly real player 10, and i dont have any problem playing real files with other media players |
