how can i use dedynamic filter to boost up the volume?
i downloaded the file but don't now what to do with it.
i also tried winamp plugins enhancer and dee2 but they don't work in bsplayer, just in winamp.

dedynamic must be registered in Windows
e.g. by a commandline (or a batch file)
C:\windows\system\regsvr32 [path to\]dedynamic.ax
(Note: path to regsvr also depends on your Windows version)
However, I would advise Enhancer!
