Missing main control bar

I cant find the main control bar from the newest releases, why ?
Pressing H doesn't do anything. What's wrong ?

Downloaded the .exe and installed. :D

I downloaded the zip and extracted it, and now it works. :?
Wonder what was wrong with exe ?
