Elecard Decoder Pkg 2.0beta

ok i downloaded and installed bsplayer, i downloaded the elecard decoder pkg and extracted it. However, there is no setup.exe or anything, so how do i install the codec package?

If you package contains a file named register.bat, double-click on it.
