Time is not correct

With some movies I have the problem that the lenth of the movie, shown on BSplayer pro, is not the correct one. For instance The Bourne Supremacy shows 42 minutes, and the movie is about 52 minutes.
There is no problem to watch the complete movie, but the subtitles stop after 42 minutes. Anyone, any idea ?

Do we talk about Bourne Supremacy SVCD (The.Bourne.Supremacy.SVCD.TELESYNC-maVen-CD)?
In this case, if you use Elecard MPEG2 decoder, in it's options enable "Seeking method" = Using bitrate instead of using PTS

Adicoto thanks for answering,
Yes this solved the problem. Thanks a lot.
But I have another movie 'The girl next door', and there this type of problem is still present. BSplayer show me a time of 00:18:29
Looking forward for your answer.
Thanks again.
