Install Questions: Associate with suppoorted files

1 Attachment(s)
I just got my BSPlayer Pro 1.02. While installing, I got a component selection question asked by the installer: Associate with BSPlayer Pro suppored files.
I certainly do not want to have BSPlayer "steal" file extentions from other apps, and then end up not being able to playback anything if I decide to unsinstall using BSplayer. Attached the screenshot of installer window.

Questions:
If I choose to install "associate with BSPlayer supported files", can I still unassociate once it is installed?
If I do not choose to install "associate with BSPlayer supported files", can I still associate BSPlayer files under something like Options?

Thanks for advising.

Yes, you can.
Options>Preferences>File Types

However, I can't tell you for sure if the unassociated files will be associated with the player which you used before..
