Movie Position Hello everyone. How can I enable bsplayer to remember the point at which I arrived in every movie, not just the last one? There is a bsplay.sav settings file in bsplayer's folder. It stores individual settings for every file if the "Remember movie settings" is enabled. Looking into it there is a setting named mpos=-1000 It's individual for every movie. If i change this value to a big positive value, the movie starts at some point in the middle, so there is this possibility for every file, but I can't find where to enable it. ???????? Thank you very much |
Have you tried "Remember last movie position" (just above "Remember movie settings")? (Note: do not use "stop" if you wish this function to work; instead use "close file" and/or "exit player") |
Oh Yes, it remebers the last movie pos (just for the last movie), but I want bsplayer to remember the position in all of the movies. With the option you suggested, when you open a new movie the position will be deleted for the last one. Remembering every movie position is useful in an HTPC (home theater pc) used like a VCR: when you switch cassettes in a VCR, the cassette intrinsecally "remembers" the position you were arrived to. I want this to happen for bsplayer: we watch a movie and we stop somewhere before the end. We watch some other movie and then we d'like to re-open the first movie and find ourselves at the same position where we left it, just like a videocassette. I think there is someway to do it... |
Try using bookmarks. It's not the same, but it does the same. Just righclick and go to last bookmark. |
