How can Wincinema Remote Control be used w/bsplayer??

I'm new to the BSplayer world and am not a programmer. I love the ease of use of the program and how compact the program is.

The only problem is that I would really like to use the remote control I have with BSplayer, but I don't know how to program my computer so BSplayer recognizes it's keys. Just the basic functions is what I'm looking for...

Play, pause, Stop, FFWD, RWD, Next Chapter, Prior Chapter and volume up and down would probably do the trick for my purposes.

Any help would be most apprecaited! Also, like I said I'm not a programmer, but with a little help maybe I can get there.
