I have had no probs till this upgrade.

Have you uninstalled BSplayer prior to install it again?
If not (the problem doesn't resides in this procedure, but uninstalling may solve your problem) try to uninstall BSplayer, then reinstall it..
Delete also the BSplayer.USER_NAME.xml file that is placed in the BSplayer installation directory.

Try to do this and then report what happens

Thanks for the quick response.

I was using the player this morning and suddenly started to get error messages.
Now i have deleted the player and redownloaded the new upgrade but get an error message saying "Error opening file for writing" -webtech.bsplayer.exe

If i say ignore then loads program and still not launching from desktop

Thanks Again

Really strange problem
Does this error happens also if you start the executable directly from BSplayer installation folder?
If not, then maybe the link on the desktop is messed up.. try to modify it (right-click on the link -> Properties, then check the Destination and From fields).

When you uninstalled the player the BSplayer folder were deleted? Uninstall it again, delete the folder, if you can't delete if due to a "file in use" message, restart your computer and then try again to delete the folder.

If you succeed to delete it try for the last time to reinstall it.. Other problems I don't really know since it worked for you till this morning...
Any chance a virus infected your PC? But the behaviour is too strange anyway..
Try and report.
Good luck :?
