Instant Download-Did not receive it.

I am very new here. I just purchased the BSPlayer Pro on-line expecting an instant download of the program. The instant download never happened and there were no links to click on the page that verified my purchase. My purchase was verified by WorldPay. Did I miss something? Is the BSPlayer Pro that I purchased going to be mailed to me?
