Audio skew?
 
Where is the "audio skew" feature, is that disabled in the newest version?

I'm afraid you can't do that. Probably on ver 2, soon to be released.

I would fix those videos by editing the audio stream and remuxing instead of trying to apply a different delay during every playback.
