crashes when playing *.ogg files

i looked through this forum and i couldn't find a clear cut solution.
everytime i play an ogg file it works well in the beginning and then the following error message appears:

If you click 'Close' application will be terminated.
Please report this info to the author with description what were you doing.

i'm using direct show ogg vorbis filter (oggds0995.exe)
on this forum there was a link to another codec on a japanese website that was recommended in case of error, however the lnk seems faulty.

if u don't have a solution can anybody please recommend another player for ogg.

Could you post here wich is the audio decoder used to decode the file ? Last ntdll.dll error was due to the audio decoder.
