gamma / brightness
 

when i change the values they don't get applyed to the picture for example in color correction i change the value's and the picture is same no changes, even after program and OS restart, so how can i get higher levels of gamma and brightness

I recomend you use FFDSHOW filter for your processing needs, including Brightness/Contrast adjustment. Ffdshow is almost a player itself: it can decode video and audio, apply filters of varying complexity to both video and audio, capture still frames and render subtitles.

You can see/hear your adjustments in realtime and save. Click the filter name to go to its properties window and choose your settings.
