Purchase problem
 
Hi,
I ordered BSplayer Pro on October 28. I got confirmation emails from both worldpay and BSplayer Sales but nothing since then. I can download the Pro version through my account, though. I have sent two emails to BSplayer sales with an inquiry about when I will get my serial number on October 31. In the second email I have specified a secondary email adress in case the email with the serial got blocked. I have gotten nothing back.

the credit card account was charged on October 31 but still nothing.

Automated email was sent to your email at: 30. october 2006 9:12.

As in 99,9% of these problems, it is the problem with different spam filters.

We re-sent you license key today. (to both emails)

Hi,
the serial arrived today at the novasearch account. The email to the hotmail address did not arrive at all. It was not in my junkmail folder like sometimes happens. Hotmail seems to filter these completely. Oddly enough emails from sales{at}bsplayer arrive without problems.

Thank you for this info, we will try to figure out why would Hotmail delete our automated license key emails without even placing deleted email in junkbox.
