I don't think so, or at least not for encrypted DVDs

Because you have to register BS.Player in order to use the PRO feature to watch DVDs (press F1, then R and insert the registration information in the related fields)

Ah... I almost forgot.

Elecard did the trick for my friend.Tks.

Now I'm trying to find out a "free" one.

I wonder why it works on my PC without that one.

Have to compare all installed codecs and see whats different from my friend.

tks once again Tizio.

You're welcome

Anyway you can see which codec is used by BS.Player by following these steps:
With a movie opened (in your case a DVD) right-click on BSplayer window, then choose Options -> Filters -> Advanced
There you'll find all the information related to the filters used by BSplayer this way you'll be able to figure out which codec have you installed on your PC that enables you to play DVDs and pass it to your frind

Nope, but with some different software. TV tuner, dvd players, TV players, capturing devices.... It was a chance of some 80-85 % to have it on your computer. Also some codec packs bring them on.
