sound problems

hi, i have some sound problems. i have a laptop and i have downloaded 2 movies ([X战警3：最后之战].X-Men.The.Last.Stand.2006.DVDRip.XviD.AC3.CD1-JUPiT.avi, V For Vendetta 2005 Dvdrip Xvid Ac3 Cd1-Jupit.avi) I sea the movie but i don't have a sound. i have tried to chage the audio preferences but it doesnt help. do i have to download decoders or should i do something else?

As the file name says, the movies have AC3 audio tracks, so download and install AC3Filter ;)

(probably once you install it you'll hear the sound but too low.. just change AC3 Filter options and raise the gain level)

hi, thanks for your answer. do you know where i can download ac3 filter which will work with bsplayer?
