I have used the Shift + P feature to capture a screenshot but where are the stored? or where is BS player stored C:\Program Files\??????

You can't. You can increase the dimensions of an image (using Paint for example) but the information stored into the file isn't growing (because you can't get more information from nowhere). So, you'll end up with a picture who is bigger but the quality isn't better but worst.

Plus you can set the output directory you prefere:
CTRL+P -> General
the button in the borrom right corner ;)
