What I wanted to say is that this information was not new to me as I had seen/read it a while ago already and further, that it is rather common that licence-conditions limit the number of PC's (often only one) on which a product may be installed and used (mostly by the same user). [This - of course - not taking into consideration multi-licence packages] |
And what I wanted to say was that a member of BSPlayer's team stated not long ago that a PRO license grant the user the right to install the software on an unlimited number of computers. Now it seems that this thing has changed, isn't it ? The licensing policy changed with ver 2.20 from 24.04.2007. LE: please split this topic, we are getting way offline in here. |

@adicoto: Updated post (http://bsplayer.com/forum/viewtopic....icence+license ) check also: http://www.bsplayer.org/en/bs.player/download/ Text below courtesy of Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/pro...e/default.mspx "Have more than one PC that is ready to run Vista? Once you're running Windows Vista on one computer, you'll probably want to run it on other computers you own. Now it's easy to get the additional licenses you need to put Windows Vista on your additional computers. (You'll need one license for each computer running Windows Vista.)" Enlarged by Ico-man. |
If you are still interested about my license for Vista, please tell me, I will send you, only on PM, the licenses I do have. I was wrong, indeed, it's not for 2 computers, it's for a larger number. |

Don't worry Peter, you were right all the time, as usual. Normally, with Microsoft Vista you can use 1 regular license on 1 computer. |
Don't worry: I didn't and won't worry. The only thing that annoys me, is that I wrote licence instead of license. |
