Error in bsplayer

I receve this error, can anyone help me?

It says: "..... with description of what you were doing."
Maybe I'm missing something.
When (under what circumstances) did the error occur? During playing? Other action? What kind of file? Installed/uninstalled any other player recently? Does the file play in another player? Your Windows version?
