Options->preferencies->general-> at te bottom, midle you can see "seconds to jump" :wink:

Not sure what exactly you mean. Maybe what adicoto is referring to.
Perhaps also check out: rightclick > Playback > Playback rate/Fast forward/Fast rewind
("Playback rate" offers further options)
:wink:
(Some skins also have buttons for FF etc)
