My BS player read subtittles only 14 minutes

If I'm looking some film with using subtittles, my subtittles works only for 13,59 min. After 14 minutes of playing time every film, subtitles doesn't works. How can I resolve this problem ? :x

Please, give us more info:
- Player version (latest is 2.28.964)
- Subtitles type
- External programs used for subtitles
