I can't update BS Player Pro from my account

Hello Support Team.
I bought BS.Player 2.34.980 in December 2008, but i can't update to BS Player 2.35 PRO from my account. My licence expire in summer 2010 :(

Why ?
I have transaction ID and all information in my email.
Someone can help me ?

My account say:

You can select following options from the left menu:

Download BS.Player - download latest version of BS.Player PRO
Upgrade BS.Player - upgrade your version of BS.Player PRO to version 2.35
My BS.Skins - go to My BS.Skins section to post NEW skins or edit OLD ones
Change user data - change your password, personal data and e-mail
Logout - leave Login area and Logout

In can't see the DOWNLOAD or UPGRADE buttons :(
