Cannot uninstall BS Player free 2.41

I cannot uninstall BS player.

I downloaded and installed BS Player 2.41 free from your website..
The person I downloaded it for didn't like the program and asked me to remove it...unfortunately, neither the Windows Control Panel 'Add Remove Programs' utility nor the BS Player uninstall utility is able to remove it.

Each time, the uninstall program starts and then the system just freezes.

The system is a Toshiba Satellite G40 with a Celeron 2.2 processor.

Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Do you run Windows Vista or XP ?
Do you have enough rights to uninstall the program ?
