equalizer -add or change band, not working!

When you go and change this setting, then nothing changes!
it reamains as the default equalizer bands.

any ideas?

No "Open with BS player" on right click

There is no No "Open with BS player" on right click.
even if I selece open with and then browse to the BSPLAYER.exe then it still does not work and there is no BS PLAYER entry in the richt click...
