I have the same problem with mine after the "upgrade". You have to click 'O' twice to get the proper aspect and picture size.

You must have downloaded what we call in kazaa as 'BLANKS' ..In other words you have downloaded a file that doesnt have any video or audio information. Try to use a software called Gspot Codec...
