Wouldn't be better to have a button that does this unselect all subs?
I was deling with the same situation till now... this option is NOT visible as it should be. Who's thinking to right click?...

I like the way subtitles are searched over the internet and that we could downloading them but unselecting all the subs available for a particular movie takes a lot of time... I just want to download...
