.mov is proprietary format of Apple and it's only possible to play it with their own software "Quick Time" (it's possible to play some old videos that are encoded with old version of quicktime codec but you probably meant about those new videos like movie trailers) because there are no separate decoders like for DivX, XviD and other codecs than decoder itself it's integrated in executable of program and therefore you can not play it with BSPlayer.
