Default About File Associations

Hi.

I have some recommendation about File Associations.

About Audio File Extensions in "Load external audio file".
This dialog now shows only files with *.ac3 *.mp3 *.ogm *.wav
extensions, but a lot of other formats that BSPlayer can handle!
So please add these too:
*.dts (YES! Digital Theater System! InterVideo and Cyberlink can decode DTS! And there is a free DTS decoder, http://www.videolan.org/dtsdec.html)
*.ogg
*.mp2 (mpeg-1 layer 2)
*.mpa (mpeg audio file)
*.aac
*.wma (yes, windows media audio)
*.ra (yes, real audio, there are codecs/filters for decoding this)

About Main File Association.
I know, that in build 805 the user can add extensions to File Association.
But! I think there are some other extensions what are need to be in the list by default!
So please add these too:
*.M2P (this is an MPEG-2 file with padding stream(index about VBR), M2V is also MPEG-2, but M2V don't have padding stream! And TMPGenc can make M2P files with multiplexing M2Vs. And YES, i can play these files with BSPlayer)
*.MOV (yes, QuickTime, i can play it with some codecs/filters, and i think just adding an extension to a player is not illegal ;) )
*.QT (this is QuickTime too)
*.RM (RealMedia, i can also play it with some codecs/filters, and just adding an extension to a player is not illegal)
*.RV (this is RealMedia too)

You can add audio extensions to associations too (all of i explained on top), anyway i think most of users using BSPlayer to play videos, so associating audio extensions to BSPlayer is a little unnecessary.

BST please add these extensions!
