It's posible to use external subtitles in bsplayer. Here is how:
- disable subtitles in BSPlayer, use Overlay 2
- ffdshow -> Tray & dialog setings -> show tray icon -> ON
- start movie, click ffdshow
- ffdshow -> subtitles -> ON
- ffdshow -> subtitles -> leterbox -> .....
- ffdshow -> overlay -> output -> use overlay mixer -> ON
this should work..
